Grenache Blanc is an uncommon, vigorous, drought-resistant, grape that produces well on California’s central coast. Our Grenache Blanc has been fermented with native yeast to allow for the expression of the vineyard, then aged nine months in stainless steel to enhance and maintain crisp aromatic flavor characteristics. It has a nose of bright green apples with clean flavors of minerals, tree fruit and a long finish. Enjoy chilled on its own, or can be paired with a light summer salad, mild cheeses, pasta with red sauce, or fish. Only 25 cases produced.
